City of El Paso

The city of El Paso is experiencing a new awakening among the average citizen, much to the chagrin of the cabal of power brokers that has stifled, attacked, vilified and prevented citizen participation the past few decades. Average people noticing how they are always excluded in the political discussion and their lives are ever more burden by the regressive policies of the voting majority of city council.
